Frequently Asked Questions
For any questions not addressed in this list, please feel free to send us a message. We will respond within three business days, with an response time of 24 hours during business hours.
I'm interested, what are the first steps I need to do?
The first thing we would need done is having your online forms filled out so we have a better understanding of what type of program would benefit you the most depending on what your current health and goals are. Once these forms have been filled out, we will reach out to you with your preferred contact method and schedule a first meeting.

What should I expect during my first meeting?
The initial orientation is about 60 minutes with the purpose of going over the completed online form. This generally takes 30-45 minutes depending how many questions come up. Once we have reviewed the forms, the last 15 minutes is dedicated towards assessment screenings that include range of motion and active balance. These are not heavily physical tasks, but wearing comfortable and non-restrictive clothing is your best option.
Could we visit sometime and talk about the ins and outs, costs, membership commitments, etc?
As far as the ins and outs go, generally once we have the forms filled out, we can meet and come up with a general schedule plan on what steps we need to take to start working towards those goals. For membership commitments, we do not have a minimal requirement for how many sessions you need to purchase. Our billing is done either weekly/monthly depending on your preference, and it is billed based on the amount of sessions you have decided to complete each week/month.

We do recommend at least 1-2 months for both you and your trainer working together to see how well your body is tolerating a new program, and to give you a chance to see if the training style is a good fit for you.
