Private and Semi-Private Personal Training:
Private Training means you’re reserving the entire studio just for you and your exercise specialist. How many times have you thought, “I’d love to work with a trainer, but I don’t feel comfortable with people watching me”? Unlike commercial gyms—where trainers often wear bright colors and roam the floor with clipboards—that’s not the experience we aim to create. We want your sessions to feel calm, focused, and distraction-free. No onlookers, no noise, and no pressure. Your trainer isn’t just telling you what to do… they’re teaching you, guiding you, and supporting you every step of the way.
Private training removes all the distractions of a traditional gym and gives you the space to focus entirely on your individual needs. If a quiet, controlled, and comfortable environment helps you perform at your best, private training is an excellent choice.
Semi-Private Training is closer to what most people experience when training in a commercial gym. During your session, there may be one additional trainer working with one other member in the studio.
If you don’t mind an occasional extra pair of friendly faces, this option gives you the same personalized attention and benefits as private training—but with a slightly more social feel. At most, you’d see one other trainer and one other member in the space.
Partner Training
Train with a friend, co-worker, partner, or anyone you're interested in bringing along. This service goes through the same pre-screening and assessments that regular personal training goes through. Any new members would need to do our introductory package first so that your trainer can have an individualized program ready to go for that's first session together.
