Personal Training at MiHealth and Fitness, LLC

Our certified trainers use multiple types of pre-screening, strength and balance assessments, and kinetic screens to find a baseline for anyone no matter what level of fitness they are currently in. Private and Semi-Private Personal Training: 

Private Training means you are reserving the entire studio for just yourself and your exercise specialist.  How many times have you thought to yourself "I really would like to have a trainer, but I don't feel comfortable feeling like others are staring at me"  While commercial gyms traditionally have their trainers wear bright colors and walk around with a clip board, that is not the experience we strive for.  We want your experience to feel like there are no distractions, no onlookers, and you're trainer isn't just "telling" you what to do... they are teaching you what to do. Private training is a unique experience that takes out all other distractions that a traditional gym would have and allows the user to embrace an open environment where we can really focus on your unique challenges head on.  If a distraction-free environment is what you need most, private training is a great option for you

Semi Private Training is more what people think of when they normally would sign up for a trainer in a commercial gym.  With this, there is a possibility that another one of our trainers would be training with another member at the same time.  If you don't mind the occasional extra visitors during your session, this is a great option for you with all the same benefits explained above. The most you would see is 1 additional trainer and 1 additional member in the studio.


Partner Training

Train with a friend, co-worker, partner, or anyone you're interested in bringing along.  This service goes through the same pre-screening and assessments that regular personal training goes through.  Any new members would need to do our introductory package first so that your trainer can have an individualized program ready to go for that's first session together.

How to get started:
There are 3 forms required to begin an orientation at MiHealth. It is important to note that completing these forms is NOT a contract to sign up with MiHealth. The purpose of these forms is so we can preview any medical conditions and determine eligibility prior to beginning any exercise program.  If a clearance is required we will reach out to get clarification on the medical concern and send a copy of a physician's clearance to get your physician's recommendations for an exercise program.  This can all be done VIA Email/MyChart

New Membership Pricing and Info Form: This form is used to receive contact information, exercise history and goals, and schedule availability

Orientation Forms: This form is used to review our current terms and conditions ahead of time as we will review all 3 of these forms in person for your first orientation meeting

Medical and Exercise History: This form is used to review your medical history and any medical concerns you may have so they can be addressed prior to starting a program.
