Our Services

Our memberships are done on a weekly basis. There is no need to buy a bulk package as it is a pay as you go system. We have options for 30 minute and 60 minute sessions. We also have the option to have a semi-private or completely private reserved session. More detailed pricing can be found on our orientation forms found at the bottom page of each service.

Personal Training $40-70

At MiHealth and Fitness, LLC, we specialize in providing private and customized personal training services to help our clients reach their fitness goals. Our certified trainers offer private session options for a unique custom experience tailored specifically for each individual.

Partner Training $80

Partner Training is a great way to stay motivated and reach your fitness goals. With our service, you can partner up with a friend and complete a personalized training program designed to help you both reach your goals. Our experienced trainers will provide support and guidance to ensure you both get the most out of your training experience.

Medical Exercise $40-70

Our Medical Exercise service provides specialized exercise programs specifically designed to target medical outcomes such as chronic back pain, metabolic disease, osteoporosis, and obesity. Our programs are designed to meet individual needs and can be tailored to accommodate any level of fitness and physical abilities. Our Medical Exercise Specialist is certified through the American Council of Exercise and holds a degree in Exercise Kinesiology From Iowa State University.

Cancer Exercise $40-70

Offered In-Person or Remotely

The Cancer Exercise Program focuses on patient recovery and improving quality of life and sustainable fitness. We look at mobility, range of motion, balance, strength, lymphedema management, stress, and overall self care.

All patients MUST complete a physician's Clearance with their Primary Care Physician prior to starting a structured exercise program

Nutritional Education $60-250

Our Nutritional Education program is designed to help you learn how to make informed food choices to support your health and well-being. We use a behavioral-based approach that focuses on the educational aspect of nutrition, rather than a diet plan. Through this educational journey, you will gain a better understanding of nutrition and learn how to make lasting changes to improve your health for the long term.
