Over 8-12 weeks, you'll participate in dynamic kinetic assessments to pinpoint overactive muscles, followed by personalized techniques designed to correct these issues.
With flexible session options ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, you'll work towards targeted goals such as pain reduction and increased mobility.

Movement Screens $120
Welcome to our comprehensive flexibility program! The first step involves completing a series of kinetic screens and mobility to pinpoint the specific areas we need to target. During the initial sign-up process, you'll undergo all the necessary assessments to ensure a tailored approach for your flexibility journey. Let's get started on your mobility together!
Continued Stretch and Mobility Program $60/Session
After identifying the areas that need improvement, you can choose between one or two 50-minute sessions each week. While we don't mandate a specific number of sessions, we highly recommend committing to at least 8 weeks with twice-weekly sessions, or 12 weeks if you prefer once a week. This approach helps ensure you can track any long-term changes effectively.

As part of the initial sign-up process, you'll go through the Movement Screens. After completing this, you can choose your billing preference—either weekly or monthly. Don't worry about unused sessions; they roll over into the next billing period, and as long as your account membership remains active, your sessions will never expire. Enjoy your journey with us
